Soulspace is just what it says - a space for you to be still; and look at beautiful displays including water , trees, art and flowers.
Soulspace is on Saturday 10th March and Sunday 11th March from 10.00 am - 3.00 pm
Everyone welcome at Blackwood Methodist Church, Blackwood Drive, off Bridle Lane, off Chester Road!
Refreshments all day with home made soup at lunchtime and afternoon cream teas.
Bring your friends. Come alone. Enjoy! Theme is "Journeying On..."

Jubilee Debt Campaign

Jubilee Debt Campaign held its first International women's day event in 2011.
This year we would like to invite you to a very special evening at St Philip's cathedral Colmore Row, Birmingham.
On Wednesday March 7th we shall be showing the film" Pray the Devil back to Hell" which features Christian and Muslim women working together in Liberia during the civil war, two of the women later received the Nobel Peace Prize for their work.
The Very Reverend Catherine Ogle Dean of Birmingham will host the event and Lotifa Begum from Islamic Relief will speak .
The event will focus on the work Jubilee Debt Campaign which has played such an important role in debt cancellation for Liberia.
The gathering is free for women of ALL faiths and None. A collection will be taken to cover expenses incurred.
