I know I've shown you all how to use Humyo but I've found a better solution.  It's called DropBox 'www.getdropbox.com'.  Initially you have to install a client on your machine and from then on you can synchronise folders between your machine and Dropbox - even better, you can then share your folders with others.

Both Hilary and I have accounts - suggest you try signing up - if you let me know I'll share some folders with you.

It is easy to use and you have the folders in a 'drop box' folder on you desk top so they are easy to get at without jumping a lot of hoops to get at them.
